Session Chair at World Rabbit Congress China with Prof. Steven Lukefahr

World Rabbit Congress is organized in every four years where various rabbit scientists from all over the world gathers to share about various research findings on different aspects of rabbit breeding, production, management and market related aspects. Various businesses also feature their products related to the rabbit- like rabbit breed, housing, cages, Skin products in the exhibition.

Our Managing Director was invited to the 11th World rabbit congress (WRC2016) held in Qingdao, China from June 15-18 2016 to present the paper and posture and Chair a Round-table Session in the program. The paper and posture were presented on the topic- Rabbit Production in Nepal: A solution to food insecurity and poverty. Whereas the Round table discussion was held under the theme Management and Economics, the paper titled: “Strategies to sustain the development of rabbit farming in LDC’s: Importance of a demonstration rabbit farm and network of farmer”. The session was Co-Chaired with the world renowned rabbit scientist Prof. Steven Lukefahr from Texas A& M university, Kingsville USA.
